Electronic Industry Products

Products Used in Various Electronic Applications

Our products include a wide range of insulation, isolation, and electronic tapes, sealants, grounding materials, and more. Many of our products are designed for use in the electronics industry to create reliable, high-performing assemblies that operate without interruptions or failure. Some of our most popular products include:

Electrically Conductive Tape

Electrically conductive tape ensures that electrical energy follows the predetermined courses of circuitry and electronic devices. One common application for this tape includes EMI shielding, which prevents electromagnetic forces of one assembly or circuit from interfering with another. Our high-quality electrically conductive tape can also be used for reliable grounding, and it offers strong adhesion for optimal performance.

Liquid Silicone Rubber

Liquid silicone rubber resists physical wear and damage from constant touching and use, general temperature changes, and exposure to skin oils or chemicals, making it suitable for use in medical applications. Since liquid silicone rubber feels soft to the touch and holds a firm shape and grip, tools with silicone rubber grips are easier for medical staff to hold and operate for long periods of time.

Conformal Coatings

Printed circuit boards (PCBs) are coated with a thin film, known as conformal coatings, that shields and protects the components around the circuit boards’ surfaces. Manufacturers can apply the coats through brushing, dipping, and spraying. Conformal coatings can be made from urethanes, acrylics, and more, so it’s important to use the right coating that is compatible with your environment and circuit board materials.

Silicone Foam Tape

Silicone foam materials are designed for high performance applications where function is extremely important. Silicone foam tape combines resiliency, high temperature stability, and other benefits of silicone rubber with a pressure-sensitive, easy-to-apply tape form. This compressible and flexible material can conform to a variety of surfaces to seal out water, dust, and more. Common applications for silicone foam tape include gasketing, vibration damping, and thermal insulation.

Electronic Applications Our Products Are Used In

Our products are used throughout the electronics industry to produce high-quality consumer and commercial goods. Some of the most popular applications include:

Wearable Electronics

Wearable devices need to be built to withstand jostling, movement, environmental changes, and rough use. High-quality foam tape and sealing materials protect the circuitry and entire assembly to ensure long service life.

Silicon Circuit Boards

Silicon is commonly used to produce semiconductors and give electronic assemblies better performance. Our conformal coatings protect silicon circuit boards and PCBs by securing the external components in place and mitigating the risk of damage.

LCD & Display Cushioning

Consumer devices like mobile phones, smartwatches, and other touchscreen tools have large displays that are vulnerable to wear and movement over time. Strong adhesives ensure that the displays stay squarely in the housing despite a high degree of contact.
